Mr. Soriano Joaquin has worked many years in Michelin restaurants. He has experiences in Le Meurice, Alléno Yannick, and Alain Ducasse in Paris, Grand Hôtel - Park 45 in Cannes, and Relais Dessert Pastry Shop "Luc Guillet".
